In the age of social media and short attention spans, creating content for a new product requires concise messaging and quick, easy-to-digest visuals. In collaboration with a team of marketers and copywriters, I was tasked with creating a series of short, engaging, feature-focused videos to boost brand awareness across social media channels.

Fully developed in KeyShot (3D animation software) and edited in After Effects, these product videos were created with the goal of exploring the then-uncharted territory of motion graphics for iOttie. In other words, these aimed to test the potential of short-format content to engage prospective customers on sales and social media channels.

Following the success of our earlier efforts—and a reported 18% increase in click-through rates according to the marketing team—we produced a short-format video set in a real-world environment, highlighting the key features and characteristics of the latest product. The result matched the performance of our previous computer-animated videos and ultimately validated the effectiveness of this type of content, helping to establish a new creative direction for the company.
